How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the design and the time of year. Our current lead times [CONFIRM]. Tell us your event date when you order and we will tell you honestly if we can make it in time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times [CONFIRM]. Customs duties for orders outside Canada [CONFIRM].
How do I know my size?
Use our size and measurement guide. If you are between sizes, choose Custom size on the product page and enter your measurements, or book a fitting in store or on video.
Can I get an outfit in a different colour?
Yes. Our designs can be customized in any colour and size. Use the Customise colour option on the product page, or send us a custom order request.
Do you have outfits in stock?
Yes. Many styles are available in stock in different colours and sizes. Ask us on WhatsApp about a specific piece and size.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
You can book a styling appointment so we can prepare outfits for you. Walk-in visits [CONFIRM].
I live outside Surrey. Can you still help?
Yes. Book a Virtual Video Consultation and we will show you pieces live, help with measurements and ship the outfit to you.
Do you dress the whole family?
Yes. We put together coordinated wedding and family outfits, including men's coordinated looks and outfits for little ones. See Wedding Family Outfits.
Can I return a custom made piece?

What payment methods do you accept?
